Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to study the relationship between leadership style and employees’ creative behaviours in Malaysian small and medium enterprises. Transformational, transactional and passive leadership styles determined as independent variables and employees’ creative behaviours as a dependent variable. This research also identified which style of leadership among the independent variables could be the best predictor of employees’ creative behaviours in Malaysian SMEs. The research scope is limited to employees in small and medium enterprises in Klang Valley and Selangor.
