In driving the employees to reach out their optimal potential level, the leadership of an organisation is playing crucial role. It is therefore important to identify type of leadership that can influence and enhance the innovative behavior of employees. A correlation quantitative research approach was adopted in this study. A total of 82 professionals/personnels working in the government linked companies constituted the sample. A structured questionnaire was collected to examine the correlation between the leadership style and employees’ innovative behaviour.
