Abstract
This research delves into the critical relationship between Agile practices, inclusive growth, and stakeholder satisfaction within the dynamic landscape of digital transformation. By examining how inclusive growth can mediate the positive impact of Agile practices on stakeholder outcomes, this study aims to provide actionable insights for organizations seeking to optimize their digital transformation initiatives. The research investigates the influence of project attributes on this relationship, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of the factors driving project success and stakeholder value. Ultimately, this study seeks to develop practical recommendations for organizations to effectively leverage Agile practices and inclusive growth strategies to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and achieve desired outcomes in their digital transformation journeys.
