This study investigates how organizational and technological factors contribute to technostress among IT professionals in India and examines the moderating role of work tenure. Drawing upon the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the research explores the influence of perceived organizational support, resource adequacy and training, organizational culture, perceived usefulness, reliability, and complexity on technostress. A cross-sectional survey of 153 IT employees was conducted, and data were analyzed using multiple regression and moderation analysis. The results show that perceived reliability negatively predicts technostress, while perceived complexity is positively associated. Work tenure significantly moderates several relationships, indicating the need for tenure-sensitive interventions. The findings offer theoretical contributions to technostress literature and practical implications for IT workforce management in dynamic environments.
