This research is aimed at investigating the technological and non-technological factors which affect the organizational performance of private sectors. In Malaysia fewer research is conducted in identifying the confluence of technological and nontechnological factors which affect organizational performance (OP). In this research, the aspects of an organizations based on resource-based view are examined. Coexistence of technological factors such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Big Data Analytics (BDA) and non-technological factors such as Strategic Leadership (SL), Analytical Skills (AS), and Knowledge Management Process (KMP) are examined. This research is aimed on a purposive sample of private sector organisations from various industries within the Klang Valley, with a focus on understanding the relationship between various factors and the organization's performance. Questionnaires are used to collect data for a thorough examination of the research issue. This is a quantitative research study where respondents are employees in Klang Valley consisting of 172 respondents’ data analysed using the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The findings of this research will contribute to the understanding of the important factors affecting organizational performance in the perspective of private sectors. The study's findings add to the body of information on the impact of technology and non-technological elements on organisational performance. The findings of this study will be useful to private sector organisations, policymakers, and scholars interested in learning about the elements that determine organisational performance. The research will provide insights that can be used to establish strategies for improving the performance of private-sector organisations.
