Abstract

The study aimed to identify and investigate the main factors or key elements that contributing to the successful implementation of data mining tool to analyse big data in company in Malaysia. By implementing the data mining tools successfully in the company, it allows the company to make better decision, improve customer relationship, able to compete with the global companies, increase the growth of local economics and improve the market growth. In order to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical research approach. The sample of the study consisted of 195 participants from the public listed companies and small and medium enterprises in Malaysia.
