Abstract

The purpose of this research is to do correlational study by hypotheses testing. The hypothesis testing is used to explain the relationship between knowledge sharing behaviour as dependent variable and seven independent variables. Survey questionnaires are used to get the primary data from participants. Then, hard copied of the questionnaire are distributed to 151 students. The finding reveals that seven independent variables which are anticipated reciprocal relationship, altruism, perceived reputation enhancement, affiliation, fairness, self-efficacy, and utilization of tools and technology have significant influence toward dependent variables which is intention toward knowledge sharing behaviour.
