The main goal of this research is to identify the factors affecting individual's stock investment decision. There are four factors that will be studied, which are psychological factors, fundamental factors, financial literacy, and technical factors. Besides, this research includes one moderating variable- education level that moderates the interaction between financial literacy and fundamental factors with the dependent variable- individual‟s stock investment decision. These four factors will be measured as independent variables together with the moderator to determine the impact on individual‟s stock investment decision. The research will examine the sample size of 250 individual investors in Kuala Lumpur by distributing questionnaires to conduct the survey.
