Abstract

One of the important features of global smart card systems is encryption and digital signature schemes. This thesis aims to study and analyze public key cryptosystems in smart card system using RSA and ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography). To propose improving public key encryption and digital signature in global smart card system using ECC mixed coordinate system with binary method. This study also intend to evaluate and compare RSA, and ECC encryption and digital signature scheme results in global smart card systems.
