Abstract

This study attempted to construct a theoretical model that can be used to prove the validity of the constructs of service quality,attitudinal loyalty,and behavioural loyalty,as well as examine the causal relationships among them. The purpose of this study was to gain an understanding of the structure and antecedents of tourists' loyalty.
