Abstract

This thesis seeks the key factors that influence the adoption of Web2.0 technology in knowledge management system and the relative importance of these dominant factor and their priorities in a holistic point of view. The findings of this dissertation provide decision makers of Web tools adoption with useful insight to enhance their strategy to better adopt these powerful tools and to recognize their opportunities,and manage the risky and costly activities after clearly identifying them.
