Abstract
The objective of this project is to determine the knowledge sharing intention in a semiconductor business network. Sixteen hypotheses were developed from thirteen independent variables and dependent variables. Two moderators were additionally tested in this project. This study also reveals mianzi (face) moderates the influence of power and prestige on attitude towards knowledge sharing in a semiconductor business network.
