Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (a) explore the potential of implementing the Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to support the induction programme, (b) to use the existing theories and framework of knowledge management (KM) to guide the design of the KMS, (c) to measure the perceived effectiveness of the KMS implementation in supporting the induction programme, and (d) to identify the critical success factors for the perceived effectiveness of KMS implementation.
