Abstract
This project discusses the development strategy of Chinese Haier, including famous brand strategy, diversification strategy, internationalization strategy and globalization brand strategy. In the end, get the reason of the Chinese Haier\'s success. Those can be great helpful to develop the international market for Chinese company, at the same time also can present theory and practice guidance for dealing with the chance and the challenge of the WTO.
