Abstract

Contact tracing technique have been very useful in determining proximity that can be used to successfully curb or prevent further spread of disease during a pandemic. In this paper, we investigated how contact tracing will perform better if proper attribute selection is determined beforehand for Covid-19 pandemic. In accordance to the smart contact tracing concept, the more accurate the attributes, the better the contact tracing solution. The process methodology that we conducted are of two parts: (1) Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and (2) Delphi methodology utilizing Problem, Intervention, Comparison and Outcome (PICO) framework. Upon integrating the views of the experts and review of literature, the output for a comprehensive smart contact tracing Index has been introduced as our contribution.
