The moderators and independent factors were chosen by the researcher as being most relevant and applicable for this research, based on five years of observation, experience and communication with employees within the company. A structured survey questionnaire was distributed to the employees in the company and 172 responses were obtained. The research also included semi-structured interviews with pre-selected employees from the key talent pool.
