Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study about the factors affecting knowledge creativity among Generation Y. It discussed the background of knowledge creativity to provide better understanding. Among the research objectives are to examine the relationship between individual creativity, institution creativity, team creativity, institutional leadership and knowledge creativity. This study is done in Multimedia University Melaka Campus with students as the sample population. Questionnaires were distributed in places such as library and Central Lecture Complex Concourse of the university. 335 of distributed questionnaires were collected and are used in this study. Subsequently, IBM SPSS Statistics 21 was used to analyse the relationship between knowledge creativity and individual creativity, institution creativity, team creativity, institutional leadership. Demographic profile, descriptive analysis, crosstab, factor analysis, correlation test, multiple regression test was carried out.
