Abstract
The purpose of this research is to explore they key factors that contribute to a successful organization transformation. The research has identified six major factors in determining the success and failure of organization transformation, namely organization strategy, organization structure, organization value, organizational leadership and organization members’ spiritual aspect were these facets were identified through the literature review. Hypotheses were then tested in terms of the relationships between the predictors with the predicted which is the organization transformation success.
