Abstract

This study investigates the impact of talent management by targeting its impact on Promoting of Top/Middle managers in Malaysia and the effective factors of the promotions of Top/Middle managers process. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of Talent Management strategy on Promotion of Top/Middle managers.
