Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of successful talent management in the MNCs in Malaysia. The independent variables are attracting talents,deploying talents,developing talents,retaining talents and succession planning. The study also examines the relationship between the variables. The main research objectives for this study is to gain better understanding of the meaning of talent management in MNCs in Malaysia.
