Abstract
The main goal of this paper is to identify factors of work life balance which determine quality of life of university employees in Malaysia. The theoretical frame work is has been developed to investigate relationship between work life balance and quality of life. This model has three independent variables such as satisfaction balance,time balance,involvement balance and one dependent variable quality of life.
