Abstract
This research tries to discovers the reasons for absence of practical utilization of customers\' feedback mechanism to reach better customer satisfaction in banks of Iran. The first chapter reviews previous studies on feedback mechanism and its benefits are elaborated. According to the collected data and analysis,suitable strategies to enhance and nurture complaint-handling systems are recommended. In addition,the paper also includes limitations of the current research and its recommendations for future studies.
