Abstract

It has known that Knowledge Resource (KR) is one of the most important organizational resources in supporting the strategy of the organization. Recognizing the importance of this, firms have been embarking on Knowledge Resources Development (KRD) for years. The KRD has also become part of the knowledge Strategy (KS) in the Resource Based View (RBV) strategy of the firm. They also one of the Key Success Factors (KSFs ) in the organizational performance.
