Abstract

This study therefore aims to understand the concerns of both PDA users and potential PDA consumers, as well as to identify the determinants that lead to individuals\' behavioral intention to use the device. Technology acceptance model (TAM) was adapted as the base model to study the intention to use PDA devices with a convenience sample in Malaysia - a developing country that can potentially benefited from greater participation in the mobile commerce.
