In this current time, the welfare of the employees must be prioritized by the management in all companies to ensure the goal of the organization is achieved by the employees. The aim of the study is to evaluate the effect of employee benefits on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between employee benefits and employee productivity. Every company has different types of benefits; therefore, for this study, the employee benefits that were studied were monetary rewards, compensation, health insurance, and flexible working hours. This research is carried out at ILM Logistics Sdn. Bhd. The data for this study were collected through a quantitative method, where 123 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of ILM Logistics Sdn Bhd. The collected data were analyzed and interpreted using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). To facilitate easy reader interpretation, the quantitative findings were presented as tables and percentages along with the necessary explanations and narratives. From the study, it was determined that monetary rewards such as house allowances, travel allowances and etc. has positive impact on employee productivity, that health insurance policy reduces rate of absenteeism, that compensation increase the rate of retention of employees and encourages younger employees to continue working while older employees to retire on time and that flexible working hours is valued more than getting a new position in other organization. It can be statistically concluded from the study that employee benefits have a significant impact on employee productivity in ILM Logistics because all p-values for all variables were found to be less than 0.05 except for monetary rewards and compensation, they are not statistically significant with p-value of 0.095 and 0.10 but showed a unit increase of them will impact the productivity of the employees. From the findings, it is recommended that organization should establish clear and transparent communication regarding their financial rewards packages, consider compensation as talent management strategy and keep investing in it, health insurance plans are reviewed and modified on a regular basis and must take steps to assist managers and staff in maximizing the advantages of flexible work schedules and navigating them effectively.
