Abstract
Augmented reality (AR) and conversational artificial intelligence (ConvAI) are emerging technologies with significant potential to transform the educational landscape. However, AR content tailored for early childhood education often prioritizes entertainment over academic value and lacks alignment with curriculum standards. This paper introduces SPARC (System for Personalized AR and Reading with ConvAI), a novel conceptual framework designed to enhance early childhood reading experiences. Grounded in interestdriven creator (IDC) theory, SPARC leverages AR to capture attention through interactive visuals and ConvAI to facilitate dynamic, personalized conversational learning. By aligning educational content with children's intrinsic interests, SPARC redefines reading as an interactive journey that fosters motivation, engagement, and skill development. This paper presents the theoretical foundations, design components, and potential framework of SPARC, demonstrating its potential to address critical gaps in current educational technologies and revolutionize early childhood education.
