Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the extended Technology Acceptance Model (extended TAM) questionnaire in assessing the user acceptance of DiSAR (Digital Signage Augmented Roadshow). The validity and reliability of all 26 items in the questionnaire are assessed through the use of PLS-SEM analysis. This study also serves as an exploratory study on applying PLS-SEM on the pilot study data. The result shows that the scale exhibits adequate reliability and convergent validity but having diminished discriminant validity.
