Abstract
Due to the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, physical roadshows can be replaced by online roadshows (Leow et al., 2021). Online roadshow is similar to a physical roadshow, but in an online website form. In the roadshow, organisations can advertise their products or services. The advertising effectiveness of an online roadshow depends on user engagement (Calder et al., 2009). Web mining can be performed to evaluate the advertising effectiveness of the online roadshow. Web Usage Mining (WUM) analyses the user’s navigation behaviour on the website. Clustering techniques can be used to divide users into different groups based on their similar preferences and habits (Jafari et al., 2013).
