Abstract
The entrepreneurial behavioral measurements have been developed and tested widely based on personality, attitude, behavior, and other many perspectives. However, the value and moral system have been given very little attention missing the importance of religious practices. Islam has addressed and presented the traits of every Muslim should have as well as the Muslim businesses men or entrepreneurs. In the same line, Islam asserts on a good Muslim should have a good heart (Qalb), Qalb according to Islam is the core of high moral values, ethics, as well as traits. Research Objectives – Therefore, this study has extracted 91 traits from the Quran, Hadith, and Islamic books to develop the Qalb behavioral traits as a model to measure the Muslim entrepreneurial traits based on Maqasid al-Shariah theory that divides every trait, action, or decision based on three different levels of necessity constructing the three formative measured variables of Qalb behavioral traits
