Abstract

The investigation was carried out to identify the determinants that influence Malaysian consumers' online booking trials for travel-related products. Today, consumers use online booking platforms for purchasing travel-related products and services and thus, these online service providers need to appreciate their customers' preferences and should provide improved services and the right information required by them. The survey was carried out for data collecting from online users who prefer to purchase travel-related products using web booking. An adopted questionnaire was used for data collection where an online survey link was posted on the travel-related Facebook groups and asked the respondents to share their experiences on online booking trials for travel-related products. The surveys are dominated, and subsequently, the information has been prepared to use SEM-PLS to find out the association between variables that affect Malaysian customers intend to attempt electronic booking. Hence, this examination is expected to possess an essential responsibility in every hypothesis and sensibility. As such a considerable amount of due to the hypothesis, this investigation successfully gave the model that displays the desire to attempt web booking that is once in a while talked with respect to in the past. In term of sensibility, this investigation offers information regarding online travel association working in Malaysia, remembering the top objective to fortify their business execution.
