Abstract
This case study covers book retailing business of Borders Group Inc. The study shows difference of Borders as superstore's operation in suburban with independent stores' operation in central business districts. Borders Bookstores is perceived as customer based bookstores. The purchase and inventory processes are thoroughly discussed as how Bordersatisfied customers from here.
