Abstract

As a latest subject of studies in transportation, the resulting vehicle crash has become a main problem. This paper defines a tool for calculating the distance from a vehicle to the front and warn with possible wireless communication. The communication from vehicles to vehicles can be very efficient in reducing the crash. The measuring tool utilizes an ultrasonic sensor, a raspberry pi to determine the range. The tool is evaluated in real-time and all outcomes are tabulated. The tool is assessed in real time and all results are presented. Finally, the findings of the research emphasize that the tool are feasible, but there are financial differences and communication issues.
