Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between job stress, worklife balance, and job satisfaction. A quantitative research approach and a correlational research design was used in this study. The study population was entrepreneurs from private sector companies in Malaysia. A convenience sampling method was used in this research. A total of 280 entrepreneurs constituted the sample. Four hypotheses were proposed to be tested. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The questionnaire was administered by e-mail. The multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses.
