Abstract

This study provides a brief account of the importance of faculty/center administrator towards university and students. It attempts to discuss the overall higher education institution's administrative staff quality in Malaysia and provides a critical analysis on the overall students' perceived service quality (tangibility, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and empathy) towards faculty/center administrative office based on previously published work relevant to this study. This paper provides foundation for a comprehensive understanding and analysis of students' perception on service quality towards faculty/center administrative office in higher learning education as it is found that this field of study is still lacking. Discussion on significant literatures portrays the value of this study for other higher education institutions to improve their service quality.
