As the digital revolution begins its third decade of his life, governments find out more about the importance of information technology for their citizens. The experiments and lessons which have been learnt in different countries are dearer than their success or failures. Developed countries like Sweden and England, and the developing countries like Mexico and Thailand have encountered different challenges in the administration of their e-government plans. These experiments are very expensive and costly for us and for all those wanting to start their journey on the e-government route. It is natural that it would be impossible to administrate an e-government in the same way for all countries. In fact, each country has its own special conditions, priorities and sources at different levels. Therefore, the administration of management challenges of an e-government in each country is different from each other and is exclusive. In any way, there are always similar challenges in all stages of administration from clearing perceptions and ideas of labor up to the extension of management structure and evaluation of the rate of readiness, and also to check the instructions and scale the rate of success of projects. The success of e-government is dependent on the quality of government administration and how different sections or divisions are acting, how the information is processed, how the appropriate authorities observe their performance, and how they face the general people etc. The administration of e-government is needed to encourage the participation of government, citizens and private division. The importance of e-government is needed for continuous entree and taking advantage of clients, all general people, different jobs, and authorities, and also all those who takes advantage from the e-government. Their ideas and thoughts are basically important so that the e-government is performing properly.
