The paper presents framework architecture to enhance a storyboard system in Multimedia Learning System. The importance of instructional design and design process are discussed to explore the issue of designers’ tasks and communication among Designers, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Reviewer and Proof Reader. Existing storyboard systems are analyzed. The paper concluded that an e-Learning Storyboard system needs to be developed to replace the low-fidelity and didactic issue in storyboarding.
