Abstract

This research attempts to find a co-relation between maximizing customers satisfaction levels in international analytical instruments import companies and their effective use of IT e.g. use of emailing for speedier notification and correspondence,posting of product information in the company web site, multimedia presentation, etc. The research also reveals the perception of customers and the said companies, in using the Internet as an additional tool to provide a competitive edge.
