Kent Street, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22209-2131, Tel: (703) 875-4357, Fax: (703) 875-4009 announce a continuing need for procurement advisory technical assistance for the Multimedia University, but with a change in personnel requirements and shortened time required in Malaysia. The team shall ideally be comprised of four specialists. The team shall be information technology/multimedia specialists with skills in the following four areas: Production and post- production; computer modeling and animation; content creation (especially in the areas of film and video, computer animation, games and interactive media and special effects); research and development (in the area of collaborative design and virtual reality). The team will have hands on experience designing and evaluating international requests for proposals, particularly in the information technology/multimedia and/or telecommunications fields. The team will discuss and review the information technology/multimedia observations and their recommendation/report and prepare request for proposal (RFPs) for the projects cited above. To achieve economies of scale, TDA welcomes specialists who are expert in two (or more) of the above areas thus requiring three or less consultants for the team. Each specialist should not require more than one week in Malaysia. Additional details regarding these functions and the respective expertise needs will be found in the RFP to be issued in the very near future. All those who have previously expressed interest will receive the RFP when issued. All others who have interest in this project must request the RFP by Fax.
