Abstract

MMU president Professor Dr Ghauth Jasmon says the MoU represents a second chapter of the pact with Fujitsu over a three-year period ending 2006. Ghauth was speaking after representing MMU at the MoU signing in Cyberjaya recently. At the event, Dr Yukou Mochida, senior vice president of network systems, Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd, was the other signatory. The signing was witnessed by Deputy Energy, Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Dr Halim Shafie. For tech transfer: Ghauth and Mochida shaking hands while (from left) [Chuah Hean-Teik], Halim, and MMU's visiting fellow from Fujitsu, Hachihei Kurematsu, look on.
