Abstract
The objective of this research was to identify what were the actual benefits and actual barriers of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This paper provided detailed insight for Malaysian companies to have better understanding about the relationship between perceived benefits and barriers of ERP systems and how it influenced user satisfaction.
