Abstract
This research aims to study the perceived leadership style and employees' job satisfaction and their relationship in Malaysian hospitality industry. The research scope is limited to 4 and 5 star hotels in Kuala Lumpur and the reservation staff of the hotels. Transformational,transactional and laissez-fair leadership styles are the independent variables and the general job satisfaction is the dependent variable in this study.
