Abstract

This study purposed to investigate the relationships between ethical values and SCA in cosmetic companies in Malaysia. A sample of 100 managers,sales persons and staff of Malaysian and international cosmetic companies is selected to answer the developed questionnaire. The regression technique correlations between dependent variable and independent variables were also tested.
