Abstract

This research paper provides a new perspective, an overview of the theory related to the behavior and intention to use electronic payments for e-wallets. In particular, it is the intention to use electronic payment, the intention to use electronic wallets, and experimental evidence in Vinh Long province, Vietnam. Present the factors related to the impact between the intention to use electronic payments and the intention to use electronic of individual consumers. From the theoretical basis and practical situation, empirical evidence in Vinh Long province. The model proposes factors including Usefulness, Ease of Use, Social Impact, Support Policy, and Safety, which have a positive impact on ewallet e-payment intentions. This research data was surveyed by face-to-face and online interviews in 4 wards of Vinh Long province and sent online questionnaires on Google form to consumers. The results of the study show that the factors have a positive impact on behavioral intention and also confirm the factors that affect the intention to make electronic payments for the intention to use an e-wallet. From there, it serves as a premise and proposes appropriate governance implications for further studies on the intention to use electronic payments for e-wallets. An experimental evidence in Vinh Long province.
