Abstract
In recent years, the globalization of the manufacturing industry and the economy has prompted businesses to adapt their internal marketing strategies to thrive in competitive markets. This adaptation is challenging as manufacturing companies strive to maintain high-quality products, competitive pricing, customization orders, and efficient transportation to meet customer demands. Effective management of inventory and warehouses is a crucial factor in this endeavour. Warehouse management focuses on the intricate aspects of stock transportation, while inventory management takes a broader perspective. It involves overseeing the overall quantity and condition of inventory, providing insights to calculate holding costs, assess profit margins, and analyse sales trends.
