Abstract

This research project would be primarily concerned with studying the motivation of employees and its impact of business performance in the corporate sector in Malaysia. Various type of strategies to increase the level of motivation would be examined and the synergy bertween primary and secondary research data analysis would be used in order to determine what type of strategy is more appropriate to be used for the situation being faced by the employees of the company. Motivation is a concept that is very important and is viewed as the key to acquiring a competitive advantage through the utilisation of the organisations workforce.
