Abstract

E-health adoption in Bangladesh is a crucial but challenging undertaking impacted by a variety of socioeconomic, cultural, and technological issues. This overview offers a thorough understanding of Bangladesh's acceptance of e-health by synthesizing previous research and empirical findings. Key difficulties and opportunities were identified through an analysis of cultural norms, technology infrastructure, socioeconomic gaps, and regulatory frameworks. Despite their huge potential to improve healthcare quality and access, access inequities still exist, especially in rural areas. Attitudes toward e-health are shaped by cultural values, privacy concerns, and trust in health care providers. This emphasizes the necessity of culturally relevant measures to promote acceptance. Barriers including data security, equal access, and interoperability persist despite advancements. The government, healthcare providers, technology developers, and other stakeholders must work together to overcome these obstacles and achieve the promise of e-health in Bangladesh. This summary emphasizes how crucial it is to maintain funding e-health partnerships, regulations, and infrastructure to create a more effective and inclusive healthcare system in Bangladesh.
