Mental health issues among employees have been on the rise globally, including in Malaysia, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examines the relationship between job insecurity, work-life balance, technostress, and job satisfaction with employees’ mental health. A quantitative research design was employed using a structured questionnaire completed by 170 employees in Klang Valley, a region selected due to its high contribution to Malaysia’s GDP and significant cases during the pandemic. The instruments used in the questionnaire demonstrated good reliability, with all instruments scoring Cronbach’s alpha values exceeding 0.70. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that all four independent variables significantly positively affect employees’ mental health. This model also explains 45.1 percent of the variance in employees’ mental health. The findings of this study align with previous researches that highlight the significant impact of workplace factors, specifically job insecurity, work-life balance, technostress, and job satisfaction, on mental health.
