The aim of the study is to examine the various work from home related factors which will help in bringing about improvement in employee work engagement based on the work assigned to them. To meet the aim of the study, the following research objectives are focused on and they include, to investigate the impact of work from home autonomy on employee engagement with work, to investigate the impact of work from home psycho-social safety on employee engagement with work, and to investigate the impact of work from home convenience on employee engagement with work. To meet the overreaching research objectives which have been stated, the study adopted the use of the quantitative research approach, positivism research philosophy, and a case study research design. The study made use of 200 participants with data collected through the use of research questionnaire and the use of an online survey tool (Google form). The questionnaire was developed through the use of several scales and these scales include, the physician’s job satisfaction scale for work autonomy, unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2) for work convenience, second version of the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire II, the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire II (COPSOQ II) for work safety and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale for work engagement. Participants for the study were gotten from AmIT Global Solutions, AppCable Sdn BhD, IWG 3.2, Regus Management Malaysia Sdn BhD, Deventure Sdn BhD, and Texas Instruments. Based on the research objectives, the study proposed three hypotheses and they are: there is a positive significant relationship between work from home autonomy and employee engagement; there is a positive significant relationship between work from home safety and employee management; and there is a positive significant relationship between work from home convenience and employee management. To test the research hypotheses, the study adopted the use of multiple regression analysis. The result of the hypotheses provided the following submissions and conclusions: Hypothesis one: Accepted; Hypothesis two: Accepted; and Hypothesis three: Accepted. The result shows that WFH autonomy, safety and convenience increases the employee engagement levels of employees in AmIT Global Solutions, AppCable Sdn BhD, IWG 3.2, Regus Management Malaysia Sdn BhD, Deventure Sdn BhD, and Texas Instruments.
