Abstract

Relationship orientation can be considered one of the critical concepts in organizational behavior. Some factors such as communication, trust, empathy and bonding exist in relationship orientation that lead to better relationship with customers. According to previous researches, transformational leadership has the potential to impact relationship orientation. Transformational leadership has five dimensions including vision, intellectual stimulation, inspirational communication, supportive leadership, and personal recognition. On the other side, extant investigations support the relationship between organizational learning and transformational leadership. Thus, this study attempts to use quantitative approach in order to test the hypotheses which have been developed based on this relationship. 30 logistic companies in Kuala Lumpur have been studied. 121 collected data have been examined by means of Pearson Correlation test and Regression analysis. Moreover, the Baron and Kenny’s test was used in order to examine the mediation role of organizational learning. The findings from Pearson Correlation test revealed that all of the variables have significant and positive relationships with each other.
