Abstract

This study aims to investigate on the main factors influencing the employee reactions and level of satisfaction with performance appraisal and its outcomes among workers of iron and steel industry. The finding of the research suggested that procedural and informational justices are crucial factors influencing satisfaction toward performance appraisal for the employees in this industry. The results support the influence of the performance appraisal purposes which are its developmental and administrative roles on the employees' satisfaction with performance appraisal system.
